No content on this Site, and no conversation with our team, creates a doctor–patient or any other clinical relationship. Health decisions — whether a programme, assessment, treatment or destination is appropriate or safe for you — belong to you and your own qualified physicians. Longevity medicine is a young and evolving field. Test results, programme effects and long-term benefits vary from person to person, and some interventions discussed in our Journal remain the subject of active scientific debate — where that is so, we say it. Nothing we publish or arrange is a promise, prediction or guarantee of any health outcome, improvement or result, and you should place no reliance on any such expectation. Descriptions of client experiences are illustrative composites or individual accounts; they are not a prediction of yours.

4. No professional relationship without a written engagement

Reading this Site, writing to us, or receiving our reply does not make you a client. A client relationship exists only when an engagement and its fees have been confirmed in writing by us. Until then, anything we send you is general information provided without responsibility, and we owe you no duty beyond honesty.

5. Independence and editorial policy

Our recommendations and Journal essays reflect our honest professional judgment. No clinic, resort or provider pays for coverage, placement or recommendation, and no provider reviews our essays before publication. Where that policy ever changes for any specific content, it will be disclosed on that content plainly. Our judgments remain opinions — considered, researched and honestly held, but opinions, and expressly protected as such.

The clinics, physicians, resorts, airlines and other providers we describe or introduce are independent businesses over which we have no control. We do not warrant, and accept no responsibility or liability for, their services, qualifications, licensure, claims, pricing, availability, safety or outcomes. We take real care with facts, and the Journal is researched with the same rigour we bring to client work. Even so: prices, programmes, personnel, regulations and clinical evidence change constantly, and any page may be out of date the week after it is written.
