Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect only what you choose to give us — typically your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your goals when you write to the concierge. We use it solely to advise you and arrange your journeys. We never sell it, we never share it for advertising, and anything you tell us about your health is treated with the strictest confidence. You can ask at any time to see it, correct it or have it deleted.

1. Who we are

Longevity Jetset is a digital brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited, an Irish-registered company, incorporated under Company Number 726999, with its registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland (“Longevity Jetset”, “we”, “us”). Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or write to us by email, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the content of your message — typically your goals, preferences, travel dates and budget. If our correspondence continues, we may also hold the itineraries, shortlists and recommendations we prepare for you.

Health-related information. Because we advise on health travel, you may choose to tell us about health goals, conditions or clinical interests. This is special category data under the GDPR. We process it only with your explicit consent — which you give by including it in your enquiry — only to advise you and arrange your journey, and we share it with no one except, at your request, the clinic or provider you have chosen. You may withdraw this consent, and require its deletion, at any time. We are travel advisers, not medical practitioners, and we never use health information for any other purpose.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. Analytics cookies run only if you consent via our cookie banner — see the Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it, and the legal bases

We use your information to: answer your enquiry and advise you (steps taken at your request prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f)); plan and deliver the journeys you commission (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)); process health-related details you volunteer (your explicit consent, Art. 9(2)(a)); understand how the website is used, only where you consent to analytics cookies (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); and meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c)). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

4. Who sees it

No one buys, rents or receives your data for their own use. We share it only with: service providers who process it on our instructions — our website hosting provider, our email and form-delivery providers, and (only with your analytics consent) Google, whose Analytics service measures site usage; clinics, resorts and travel providers, only when you ask us to make an introduction or booking on your behalf, and only the details needed for it; and authorities, where the law requires it. Within the Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited family of brands, your data is not shared between brands without your knowledge.

5. Where it goes

We are based in Ireland and keep your data in the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA — for example Google, or a clinic you have chosen in Switzerland, the Gulf or Asia — the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or happens at your explicit request as part of arranging your journey (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months of our last exchange. Client files are kept for the duration of our relationship and for 6 years afterwards, the period Irish law requires for contractual and tax records. Health-related details are deleted earlier on request, at any time. Consent records from the cookie banner are kept for 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may, at any time and free of charge: access the data we hold about you; have it corrected or deleted; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing that happened before the withdrawal. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Irish supervisory authority: the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland (dataprotection.ie), or to your local EU supervisory authority.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS; form submissions are encrypted in transit; access to correspondence and client files is limited to the small team who advise you; and we choose established, GDPR-compliant providers for hosting and email. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way our clients expect their affairs handled: quietly and carefully.

9. Children

Our services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a new date, and material changes will be flagged on the site. Questions about anything on this page are welcome — a policy you cannot question is not much of a policy.
